I’m so impressed with Busted Knuckles!!! Josh and his son Kayden wowed me beyond belief. I had a mechanic from Jasper Tn really mess me over. He almost destroyed my engine. Josh was a God send. I had been stranded for almost a week had spent all my funds on this other idiot. Josh and his son came right out and fixed one of the initial issues I was having. After they checked over my truck they found out that I had purchased a part I didn’t need and he sprayed starter fluid in my breather which almost fried my ECM. Josh diagnosed my truck and realized the severity of condition this guy left me in alone with my truck. Josh and Kayden treated me like family he knew I hadn’t eaten. Got something to eat and drink. Told me what needed to be done do to correct the disaster. Reassured me that he would get me back rolling. My Ecm was throwing three pages of codes. They took their time step by step to getting everything back to normal operating conditions. Great admiration for these guys, it was 100+ degrees wasn’t an easy fix but thank God I am rolling again. 10+ stars in my book. He checked on me every morning because he knew my mental state kept me up lifted. Took care of the expenses, fee

TA truck service in Mount Vernon IL did a terrible job changing a valve cover gasket and by the time I got near Nashville I had blown 3 gallons of oil all over my engine & truck. After nearly a dozen calls trying to find a mechanic to come help me I found Josh at Busted Knuckles LLC. He came quickly to where I was and within a couple hours had me up and running again. Josh was very professional and thorough, excellent work. I would highly recommend him for any problems you have. Thanks again Josh

I can’t speak highly enough of this man and his crew/family/support systems! I was in a jam with my truck breaking down and Josh went above and beyond, didn’t try to screw me over and made sure I was up and running no matter what time he finished! He worked well into sleeping hours where I’m sure 85% of the world was sleeping and dreaming. He’s got a customer FOR LIFE in me! And I’m hard to impress, so this says ALOT!! Great guy, great company!

Josh and his son made a great first impression. Very knowledgeable. We had some service done recently (got a new wheel seal with a different company than busted knuckles). He showed me how they did not torque the wheel seal down properly. Showed me how there was play in the hub that caused the bearings to burn up. If I could give 10 stars I would. Loved the fact he explained everything to me in detail and showed me all of it inside and out. He didn’t mind me watching everything as he was doing it. Came out at 20:00 American needs more Josh’s Busted Knuckles. Price was incredibly fair, no malicious charges here, Just an honest American trying to help Americas trucking keep rolling safely. If your looking for service do yourself a favor and call these guys.
